Tonight, before you retire and go to bed for the night, reflect on the tasks you have accomplished to enhance your productivity, and glorify the work of Jesus. Tomorrow is another chance to continue that great work, or improve on the work you have started. Rest your bodies, saturate your mind with the water of the Word, and always be open to God-ordained dreams that speak to your spirit, and teach valuable lessons you will cherish in your daily journey. Do not allow Satan to cloud your mind with dark thoughts that serve to tear down and deterriate your spiritual and personal wellbeing, belittling you with condemnation and hatred. However, when times like these arise, they can serve two purposes: To destroy and hinder your faith and your God-given joy and passion for Jesus, or take you to the next level of Heaven’s ladder of wisdom and excellence. Amen!

Breaking Down The Mark Of The Beast (Part 2)
You may recall that I posted a presentation refuting the lie that one who has taken the Covid vaccine has taken the Mark of the Beast. The above video presentation explains it perfectly, and I want to provide my commentary to the presentation to clear up confusion and provide more examples to grasp this difficult concept. So, what is the Mark of the Beast? A good idea I would suggest is to picture it from a spiritual perspective. I would also call it “The Mark of Satan.”
In summation, the Mark of the Beast signifies your allegiance to the Antichrist, the False prophet, and Satan. There are three things you need to remember when studying and discuising this subject area.
1. God AND Satan Want To be Worshipped, but for Two Distinct End Goals
We see throughout Scripture that Satan wanted to exalt himself above the Lord Almighty, who is worthy of worship. This prideful attitude is what led Satan to be kicked out of Heaven. Jesus was tempted to worship Satan, showing Him all of the beautiful kingdoms of this world.
In Revelations 14, God sends three angels to warn the nations to fear [reverence] God and worship Him. Anyone who took the Mark would be sujected to God’s wrath, casting him to the Lake of Fire.
God = Eternal Pleasure, Temporal Pain. Satan = Temporal Pleasure, Eternal Pain
2. The Physical Object Of Worship
A solid example of worshipping things from a physical and Earthly perspective is a typical teenager who idolizes her romantic relationship with her boyfriend. She cannot survive one second without hanging out with her boyfriend, who promises her the world, all her dreams coming to pass, and every beautiful outcome one could imagine. But, when the teenager gets into a minor conflict with her boyfriend, it’s like WWIII started. Behind the scenes, the teenager neglects her academic responsibilities, leading her to fail all of her classes.
The point I am trying to make in this example is that the objects we are attached to can rapidly (and subtly) have an impact on our spiritual lives, and even our family and personal lives. The main goal of idolatry is to separate us from the main object of worship (God). Satan wants to distract us with something so comforting and intriguing to our senses in order to take our focus away from Jesus.
Satan’s Mark of the Beast is a culmination of these temptations, with the physical sources of worship being the False Prophet (the Second Beast), and the Antichrist. The reward Satan offers to those who take his mark is the privilege to buy or sell, or even keep a job. No mark = no mulah!
3. The Spiritual Object Of Worship: Satan
The scary reality with idolatry is that you do not have to do a blood covenant, shout “Hail Satan”, or be a member of the Church of Satan to actually worship Satan. If he can’t convince you to outright bow down to him through an organized system, then why not just have this young woman place purchasing her flashy possessions ahead of Bible meditation and going to Sunday School. Oh wait, forget Sunday School, because my old friend from college invited me to a party where they are going to get drunk and play games to get la__. (when you know well you are married). Can anyone smell smoke up here? 🙂
Now, how convincing is a ten-day vacation to Hawaii just to outright follow Satan? Hmmm! I would take a vacation anyday, but for Satan? That’s a bit promising, right? (Sorry not sorry, I am out on this one. Pass!)
Jokes aside. Anything you worship that is not God presents a horizontal and versical source. (a) The physical [like the Antichrist, by taking the Mark] (b) Satan [pledging allegiance to his kingdom for worldly gain.]
All it comes down to is: How far will you go to follow Jesus, and are you willing to sell your soul to Satan to avoid getting killed and persecuted, in exchange for the world? Today, let’s actively practice taking a stand and not dily-dallying around. TEAM JESUS!!

Who is Jesus Christ?
This is a question which has been asked ever since His ministry began over two thousand years ago. How can I answer this question? According to God’s Word He is our Savior and the King of Kings. He is also the seed of the woman. He was the cloud by day and the pillar of flame by night to guide the Israelites in the wilderness. When they finally crossed over into the Promised land, Joshua met the Captain of the Lord’s Host with His sword drawn. That was the pre-incarnate Jesus Christ.
Our Lord can be our Savior if we invite Him into our hearts and believe that He is our Savior. So many times when the Israelites were going through the Promised land they turned away from God and went after the gods that those around them were worshiping even though these “gods” were not gods at all. They were a generation which had not seen the miracles of God which brought them out of bondage in Egypt. They may have heard about them from the priests or their grandparents but it is likely that they didn’t believe them.
Later, when Israel had been taken to Babylon, it was demanded that all of the people would worship the image of Nebuchadnezzar . When some would not, he had an oven made hotter than it had ever been. So hot that when he ordered the three to be thrown into the fire, the men who put them in were killed by the heat as they pushed Shadrach, Meeshach and Abednego into the furnace. Then the king looked into the fire and saw four men and one of them looked like “a Son of God”, and he called them out of the furnace. Their hair was not burnt, their clothes didn’t smell like smoke and they were not harmed because Jesus showed up in their fiery trial.
There are many other names and places where Jesus showed up in Scripture. Sometimes in a human form and sometimes He was there in the circumstances. Our Lord and Savior comes to us when that need is there. He is there during our hardest time and in our best day. If you believe in Him as your Savior then the Holy Spirit takes up residence in your heart and He will teach you about Jesus and be your strength when you don’t have any. He will be your friend when you can’t find any. He is our Provider and our Shelter. He is our Deliverer and our Protector. He is the Everlasting Father, the Prince of Peace, the Great “I AM”. He is the Lamb that was slain for the sins of the world. He is the Lion of the tribe of Judah. He is the Son of David and the Son of God. He is the King of Kings and Lord of Lords. He is the Commander of the Lord’s angels. He is Jesus Christ now at the right hand of God the Father.
Seek Him and you will find Him and He will fill that empty place in your heart and bring peace to your troubled soul.

Times are changing
What can we do? Not much really, except pray and turn our hearts back to God. Our world, this nation, and every nation on Earth needs to turn toward the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. Why should we do this? Because we have pushed Him out of our lives! We have taken prayer and Bible reading out of our schools and we are reaping the consequences of that decision.
Some people may not notice that this is happening, but if you ask anyone who grew up in the sixties and seventies they can tell you that our world is definitely NOT the same anymore. So many problems, so much anger and violence, so many wars and things which are happening all over the world. These we see and hear about on the news programs or on the Internet on a daily basis and they change our perception of people in our world.
We look at people in a different light. We think about them in ways which are wrong, because we are allowing outside influences, like the news, change our perception. God knows each of them and you. He doesn’t change His ways and we should try to be more like Him. No, we will never be perfect in this life but we should strive toward that goal through Him and by knowing Him.
Why am I saying this? Because…the world is the way it is today simply because we are coming to the end of the church age or the age of God’s grace. He hasn’t given up on us, but His plans are in motion to bring about His purposes in the world. Many people can’t seem to believe that this is where we are today, but if you have read the Bible and the prophecies concerning the end of the age, then most of it makes at least some sense.
No, we can’t understand His ways or why things are happening the way that they are, because they seem so wrong to our way of thinking. But, God sees the picture outside of our time and space and He knows what is going on and how it will work out. This is the message to all who read this post: God has it all in His hands and His ways are better and more perfect than ours because He can see the outcome before the beginning.
Seek Him and trust in Him in all of your life’s journeys, no matter how small or big they might seem to you…because God is bigger than your problems! It might not seem so right now, but He is!
Give what?
This morning is just a short admonition of worship.
Give unto God what is due Him.
Your life, because He loved You first; your time because He gives you another day to work and live for Him; your efforts in everything because God formed you and knew you before the foundation of the world and most of all, your love for Him because without Him you can do nothing.
Praise the Lord all of you who are burdened and in need of rest, because resting in Him with praise in your heart is the best rest and peace that you can have.
In His service.
Collossians 1:17 says: “He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together.”
This is a picture representation of the molecule of a protein which holds our cells together. Striking resemblance to the cross, don’t you think?
