TRAA

The Truth of the gospel of Jesus Christ and His atonement for our sins. Repentance from those sins and an adjusted attitude of becoming more like Jesus Christ! However you spell it or in which direction you read it, our society needs to get back to the truth of God’s Word, the Bible! For more than fifty years our young people in schools and colleges have been without the guiding light of God’s Word in their education. They may get a sermon on the weekends if they attend church, but today it seems that more of that age bracket don’t want to identify with any religion no matter what it teaches.

So…what can we do as a culture or a nation to bring people back to the place where they can get to know their Savior? Pray for a revival among those absent from worship services for the first and foremost action that we can take. The next best action would be for the church to be the church that Jesus intended for us to be, regardless of denomination. What does that mean exactly? Go into your community and find people in need of God’s provisions such as clothing, food, or help with chores around the house. Our society has become so insulated in the past couple of decades until we have forgotten what it means to be Christians and neighbors too.

Life is or should be more than working and coming home to hide until you have to go to work again. When Jesus told the Pharisees about the good Samaritan, He was telling them to go and do likewise. Why can’t we do that? Many of the letters that Paul wrote and those that the apostles wrote also had verbiage to go and take care of those who needed to be taken care of. Jesus said the same thing: “When I was hungry, you fed me. When I was thirsty, you gave me a drink, when I was in jail, you visited me.”

If you have been His hands and feet in this life to those in need, regardless of that need, then you are truly being the Church…the Bride of Christ. As Jesus answered the Pharisees when they asked what they should do after finding out who their neighbor truly is, He said “Go and do likewise“.

Keep your hope in God alive

Why art thou cast down, O my soul? And why art thou disquieted within me? Hope thou in God; For I shall yet praise him, who is the health of my countenance, and my God. Psalm 42:11 KJV https://bible.com/verse-of-the-day/psa.42.11/52780

Keep His commandments

He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him. John 14:21 KJV https://bible.com/verse-of-the-day/jhn.14.21/9146

Keep on obeying

Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling. Philippians 2:12 KJV https://bible.com/verse-of-the-day/php.2.12/77066

The just shall live by faith

For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith. Romans 1:17 KJV https://bible.com/verse-of-the-day/rom.1.17/693

The God of peace will be with you

Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you. Philippians 4:9 KJV https://bible.com/verse-of-the-day/php.4.9/60144

How long, oh Lord?

We have been waiting for two thousand years for the age of the church to come to an end, Lord. I know that it will in your time be finished and completed by your will and purposes but our world is getting worse it seems every day. I know that I’m not telling you anything, Lord, because you have foreseen all of the happenings on Earth before it comes to light.

Still…I will praise You for your goodness and mercy and your love for your people. Nothing surprises You and your promises will come about soon. Thank you, Lord, for caring for us and leading those who will believe to your Son for their salvation. I’m looking forward to that day when the trumpet will sound and those who belong to You will be taken up to be with You forever. Amen

The time is getting closer

Jesus told His disciples what would begin just as the last days were coming to pass. Men would be running to and fro and knowledge would be increased. Mankind would be lovers of themselves and diseases would be rampant upon the Earth along with wars happening everywhere. Most of what I’ve written is from Daniel chapter 9 and 12 but Jesus told of these things as well. Our time is drawing down just as a well gets more shallow when there hasn’t been any rain, so the time of grace and the church age is coming to a close.

Just as God saved Noah from the flood, the church will be taken up from the Earth before the Tribulation begins. Some say that the first three and a half years will be Satan’s wrath poured out against the church and Israel and that the church won’t leave until that is done but ALL of the seven years were prophesied for the sons of Abraham, not the church. God uses that time to punish and teach them that their Messiah has come and they rejected Him. God knows His own and He will punish those who have hurt any of the Jewish people.

Life on Earth is going to become very difficult and painful during the Tribulation but God will cut that time short so that there will be a remnant of those who belong to Him. Jesus taught in Matthew 24 about the way the world would be at the end of the age. His disciples wanted to know when this would happen and the only sign that was given was the budding of the fig tree. The fig tree represents Israel and when they became a nation in 1948, that was when the clock began ticking for the countdown toward the Tribulation. Then in 1967, Israel won the war to rejoin Jerusalem and now it is their capital.

So many prophecies have come to pass in the last seventy years until there is only one left that will stun the world…the taking up of the church. When that day comes there will be no doubt among those who have attended a church service or have read their Bible concerning what has happened. They will know and if they were left here, it will be a sad day. Because even if they thought they were Christians they will know that they were only fooling themselves. God knows your heart and He knows exactly who has given their lives to Jesus and who has not.

Anyone who reads this should truly search their lives and their soul and make sure today that Jesus knows you as well as you may know Him. If your knowledge is only knowing about Him, that isn’t enough.

End Time events

Read Daniel 9 and 12, Matthew 24, and Revelation 12-16. We are at the very beginning of when things start getting bad and it gets worse from this point on. I’m not going to tell you it’s going to get better because it’s not. God’s prophecy always comes true so if you don’t want to believe what His Word says that’s your decision.

One day or maybe in the middle of the night, the church is going to be taken to be with the Lord. If you aren’t sure if you will be in that number of people missing, I would be seeking salvation now. After the church is gone, the conditions here will get much worse than what you see today. I pray that all of you who follow my site will be part of the ones that God calls home. Make sure of your salvation while you can, please!?

Follow the Lord’s counsel

There are many devices in a man’s heart; Nevertheless the counsel of the LORD, that shall stand. Proverbs 19:21 KJV https://bible.com/verse-of-the-day/pro.19.21/46346

Don’t follow your heart because it is “deceitful above all”. Make sure that you are anchored in the Word of God and follow His counsel in every area of your life and you won’t go wrong in this life or the next one.
