What does it mean to be a kid at heart?
Look for the fun in your daily life. Seek the Lord and learn to just have fun even when things don’t seem that way. Don’t make fun of a serious problem but don’t let it drag you down either. Give your problems to the Lord and don’t worry about them after that.
When you think of the word “successful,” who’s the first person that comes to mind and why?
I know He is the son of God and His destiny was to be successful in His mission, but look at what He did! He came into the world and when his ministry started he showed the world who God really is. He showed the people that God loves them, whether they were sinners or not. Regardless of who they were or what they had done, God loves them. It’s the same message that is being shared about Jesus Christ and His Father today, if you hear a message from a Bible believing pastor.
Success came many years after His disciples had been killed or died, but it is still happening today! Don’t consider any gospel other than the one in the Bible about Jesus and the love of God. He’s still in the business of caring for and loving you in the places where you hurt. God loves you and that’s the message of success in this world today.
What would you do if you lost all your possessions?
I know it sounds strange, but I would start again with the help of my family, and the church I attend.
How often do you walk or run?
I usually get about four thousand steps in while cutting the grass. Sometimes twice per week.
What does your ideal home look like?
One with a porch all around it, a central fireplace, wood floors, and friends to share it with.
What motivates you?
Every day God gives me to live, I try my best to be thankful for His grace and mercy towards me. Try thanking Him each day when you wake up, you’ll be surprised at the blessings you will find when you do.
What do you enjoy most about writing?
I enjoy sharing the love and the message of God’s salvation with anyone who will read my blog. Since I can’t get out and go on mission trips this is the best way I can do that.
If you could bring back one dinosaur, which one would it be?
Because it would show the majestic imagination of God.
If you won two free plane tickets, where would you go?
I’m not flying anywhere.
What would you change about modern society?
In the last twenty years the world has changed from being one where people tried to be better to one that only seems to have spoiled brats in it. What began with the “smart phone”was the dumbing down of society. Everyone has a voice and a camera now and there’s no privacy at all. It’s not the government that has done this, it’s us.
Yes, I’m using one to write this but we could do with less videos and posts on social media and get back to being social with each other. This is just my opinion folks, I’m not trying to start anything.
