the voice of joy, and the voice of gladness, the voice of the bridegroom, and the voice of the bride, the voice of them that shall say, Praise the LORD of hosts: for the LORD is good; for his mercy endureth for ever: and of them that shall bring the sacrifice of praise into the house of the LORD. For I will cause to return the captivity of the land, as at first, saith the LORD. Jeremiah 33:11 KJV https://bible.com/bible/1/jer.33.11.KJV
Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God. 1 Corinthians 10:31 KJV https://bible.com/verse-of-the-day/1co.10.31/62608
It doesn’t matter how tired you are or how hopeless you feel, God can supply you with everything that you need to accomplish that task that needs to be done. So many people neglect to accept His supply and His help because they don’t want to do it His way. They want to do it their way. But you’ve tried it that way and it didn’t work, so give God’s solution a try. His way will work if you will place your faith in Him and keep going in the direction He gives you to go.

Jesus is the Shepherd if you’ve given your heart to Him. Read the Bible, learn about Him and watch Him work in your life because He will.

Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel. Isaiah 7:14 KJV https://bible.com/verse-of-the-day/isa.7.14/5778

For unto us in the city of David is the King of Kings born to rule the Earth one day with a rod of iron. This is the One that was prophesied in the book of Genesis. He came as a baby the first time but He will come again as the Messiah and King. His Kingdom will have no end from that day forward. Praise the Lord!
For the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea. Habakkuk 2:14 KJV https://bible.com/verse-of-the-day/hab.2.14/388

The Angels of God announced His birth to the mother and the man who will raise Him and on the night of His birth a host of them announced to the shepherds that Christ had been born in Bethlehem. Yet, the priests of God did not recognize the signs of His birth. Why? Were they even looking for Him to come?
They were looking for their Messiah but they didn’t expect Him to come as a baby and they didn’t pay attention to the Scripture saying that “he shall be called a Nazarene”. No prophet says this directly but that the Messiah would be counted as someone of low estate and despised by men. He was looked down on because of His hometown of Nazareth in the district of Gallilee although He was born in Bethlehem, the city of David.
God the Son came as a baby because He needed to live as one of us. He had to be tempted as one of us and feel pain and sorrow and grief as one of us so He could completely identify with our weaknesses. He did all of these and much more during the time that He was here to fulfill the prophecies about Him and to bring a message to those who would listen. He healed many diseases and raised some from the dead and He restored the sight to some, hearing to others, and the ability to speak to others.
Jesus also multiplied a boy’s lunch to feed over five thousand people and He calmed a storm on the sea just by saying “Peace, be still”. He even walked on the water to come to His disciples while they were in that storm. No ordinary man could do these things! He was much more than a prophet, He was the Son of God and the Savior of the world!
Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you. Ephesians 4:32 NIV https://bible.com/verse-of-the-day/eph.4.32/274

This is a message that all of us should take into our lives each day. Many times we are hurt by what someone says or by something that they do and sometimes this happens more often than it should. Christ said that we are forgiven but we should also forgive each other. Sometimes those faults or slights that happen, on a daily basis for some, are unintentional and sometimes they aren’t but we should forgive and seek forgiveness just as Jesus did for those who crucified Him. Remember, it was our sins that nailed Him to that cross and He forgave us anyway.
