God is doing something new!


God can do amazing things in your life and mine if we will give Him our hearts. Follow Him totally in your life not just a little while on Sunday or on a holiday. When the disciples began following Jesus, did they follow Him one day every week or were they with Him every day until His ministry was ended on the day of His crucifixion? Even though His message has been taken around the world since His resurrection because His disciples never stopped. The rivers of life in a wasteland are the the gospel of Jesus has gone all over the world.

God’s Creation is everywhere you look


For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: Romans 1:20 KJV https://bible.com/bible/1/rom.1.20.KJV

You cannot escape the evidence of His existence no matter how hard you try. He has loved us since time wasn’t part of the universe. Give God your heart because He gave His life for you.

Adverse companions


A friend loveth at all times, and a brother is born for adversity. Proverbs 17:17 KJV https://bible.com/bible/1/pro.17.17.KJV

A true friend is usually closer than a brother. Because most of us will tell a friend our troubles in intimate details that we wouldn’t share with anyone else. That’s how you can know if the friendship is real and true.

God knows your needs…


But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking. Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask him. Matthew 6:7‭-‬8 KJV https://bible.com/bible/1/mat.6.7-8.KJV

God knows what you need but He enjoys hearing from you as well. Ask Him for your needs, tell Him your problems, look at His creation around you and know that He is in control.

Thou art my God!


O Lord , thou art my God; I will exalt thee, I will praise thy name; for thou hast done wonderful things; thy counsels of old are faithfulness and truth. Isaiah 25:1 KJV https://bible.com/bible/1/isa.25.1.KJV

Do you tell your “friends” about your Savior? By that I mean do they know, can they tell that you are a Christian? Or do you just act that way on Sunday?

Does Jesus Christ really know you or do you just know about Him? Jesus said that on that last day there will be people who will say “Lord didn’t we cast out demons in your name?” And yet I will say to them “I never knew you”. Would you want to be in that group? I wouldn’t.

God told his prophets what to say


All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works. 2 Timothy 3:16‭-‬17 KJV https://bible.com/bible/1/2ti.3.16-17.KJV

The church today is afraid. We are afraid of this disease, we are afraid of going to church and being fined because we’re there. God is in control regardless of the situation. But…we need to put our faith to work and believe that He will bring us through this trial. He will do that but we have to believe that He will and we need to fully trust Him to do it.

From the heart comes the truth of your beliefs


The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it? Jeremiah 17:9 KJV https://bible.com/bible/1/jer.17.9.KJV

The heart of mankind is where your true self lives. If you have given your heart to Jesus, then you are a new creation. If you haven’t your heart can deceive you into thinking that you are a Christian when you are not.

There have been some preachers who have been to school and seminary and yet they found that one day they were not saved. You can go through the motions and still not be saved! God knows your heart, but your own heart can trick you into thinking that you are saved even though it’s a lie.

Seek your Savior, Jesus, while there’s time to do so. If you’re still breathing you can still come to Christ. Amen
