Dedicate everything to the Lord!

Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God. 1 Corinthians 10:31 KJV

It doesn’t matter how tired you are or how hopeless you feel, God can supply you with everything that you need to accomplish that task that needs to be done. So many people neglect to accept His supply and His help because they don’t want to do it His way. They want to do it their way. But you’ve tried it that way and it didn’t work, so give God’s solution a try. His way will work if you will place your faith in Him and keep going in the direction He gives you to go.

God knew you before you were born…

I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: Marvellous are thy works; And that my soul knoweth right well. My substance was not hid from thee, When I was made in secret, and curiously wrought in the lowest parts of the earth. Thine eyes did see my substance, yet being unperfect; And in thy book all my members were written, Which in continuance were fashioned, When as yet there was none of them. How precious also are thy thoughts unto me, O God! How great is the sum of them! Psalm 139:14‭-‬17 KJV

God picked your parents and the place where you would be born and the place where you would live. Why would He do that? Because He knew that you would have an impact on those who live near you. Because you would be His one day and your witness would be needed in the area where you live. Why does God do this? Because He is in control and He determines the fate of mankind for His purposes and His glory. He raised up the Pharaoh that Moses would ask to let Israel go, He raised up Nebuchadnezzar to punish Israel because of their disobedience.

Since God uses the rulers and Presidents of the world to perform His will around the world, He can determine your path and your work in this world for Him. God can use you to perform His will when you don’t accept Jesus as your Savior. All of life and everything in creation is ordained by God to work the way He has determined for it to do…including everything that we do. The time of the church and the Gentiles is coming to an end soon, make sure that your belief is anchored in Jesus Christ, the Savior.

We belong to Him…

Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; We are accounted as sheep for the slaughter. Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us. For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 8:35‭-‬39 KJV

Problems? We all have ’em

Life is full of problems from the time you know what they are but can we do anything about them? Some of them we can but most of the real problems that we encounter in life need to be handled by God. Even Jesus told His disciples that some of the miracles that they tried to do needed fasting and prayer before the miracle could be accomplished. Some days we wake up with our problems and some nights we go to bed with them but the best that we can do is often not enough. That’s when we should seek out God and His wisdom because He is bigger than any problem or disease that comes along.

God is on your side regardless of the circumstances facing you. Whatever they might be He knows and He listens to your prayers. He may not answer them in the way that you want or as quickly but He will answer them. If you don’t know God or Jesus as your Savior then you need to pray even more earnestly for that to happen soon. The “church age” or the age of Grace is coming to an end and it will likely be in our lifetime. Make sure that you get to know Him and that He knows you too before this life is over because we are not guaranteed tomorrow.

Don’t give up!

16 For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day. 2 Corinthians 4:16 KJV

Our lives are being challenged every day. Keep your focus on Jesus Christ and He will be with you through every trial that you have.

Choose to serve the Lord

15 And if it seem evil unto you to serve the Lord, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord. 16 And the people answered and said, God forbid that we should forsake the Lord, to serve other gods; Joshua 24:15‭-‬16 KJV
