This was fulfilled by Jesus on the day of His crucifixion. God knew then what was needed in order to pay the bill for our sins. The death and resurrection of Jesus was the only way to reconcile our sins so that we could have a place in Heaven if we will believe in Him for our salvation.
Thus saith the LORD, your redeemer, the Holy One of Israel; For your sake I have sent to Babylon, and have brought down all their nobles, and the Chaldeans, whose cry is in the ships. He is our Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel, and the Lion of Judah who will show up in the sky! Jesus is coming soon to take the church to be with Him. Make sure your salvation and your faith are in Him.
Today, respect is expected by many but most haven’t earned it at all. Respect is earned. Unlike the grace and mercy that God gives us whether we deserve it or not, respect is something that shouldn’t be given just because someone expects it to be given. God loves us whether we deserve His love or not and just as we don’t deserve our salvation through our belief in Jesus…it is available as long as we believe in Him as our Savior. We can’t earn our way into Heaven because that is only by God’s grace and mercy through Jesus’ sacrifice and our belief in Him too. Make sure of your destination because only one of them is an abundant and beautiful life for eternity.
