God uses people to further His Kingdom. He doesn’t make you a popular person, in most cases, He will make your influence spread to places where He needs a voice. That is what I use this space for, to go places and tell people about the salvation awaiting them in Jesus Christ. God calls those who He knows will be able to get the message out.
The Living Message of Christ 
A reminder we all need sometimes. Also, Jesus had some pretty ‘questionable’ people in His genealogy. And Paul was not exactly a ‘good guy’ initially. ‘Brothers and sisters, think of what you were when you were called. Not many of you were wise by human standards; not many were influential; not many were of noble birth.’ – 1 Corinthians 1:26 We all need to be telling the Good News, as you said, about the salvation awaiting them…’ while there is time for Him to be found. ‘The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few.’
