Beauty in creation

God, the Master with His palette of color

The Lord, Elohim, is in charge of all of the natural forces and the beauty of them as well. The Psalmist, David, wrote of His creation and its beauty and it says this much better than I ever could.

Psalm 8

How Majestic is Your Name!

1{To the chief Musician upon Gittith, A Psalm of David.}

O LORD our Lord, how excellent is thy name in all the earth! who hast set thy glory above the heavens.

2Out of the mouth of babes and sucklings hast thou ordained strength because of thine enemies, that thou mightest still the enemy and the avenger.

3When I consider thy heavens, the work of thy fingers, the moon and the stars, which thou hast ordained;

4What is man, that thou art mindful of him? and the son of man, that thou visitest him?

5 For thou hast made him a little lower than the angels, and hast crowned him with glory and honor.

6Thou madest him to have dominion over the works of thy hands; thou hast put all things under his feet:

7All sheep and oxen, yea, and the beasts of the field;

8The fowl of the air, and the fish of the sea, and whatsoever passeth through the paths of the seas.

9O LORD our Lord, how excellent is thy name in all the earth!

When I consider the heavens and the Earth, You are there. When I wake in the morning, You are with me. When I am in trouble or distress, You comfort me. When I am lonely, You are there. Thank You, O Lord, for your patience and your love because without them, I am nothing.

The paragraph above is not a word for word writing but it could be considered a paraphrase of a Psalm or two which came to my mind while writing this. I pray that it blesses you today.
